Good news! GoDaddy.com has an easy tool for you to link your Blogger blog to your custom domain. Just go to the Go Daddy Blogger DNS Setup site, and sign in with your GoDaddy.com account information. You'll then see a page where you can enter the URL you own which you want to point to Blogger. The URL can either be a domain (www.example.com) or a subdomain (blog.example.com).

Once you click Confirm, you'll see a confirmation message.

Now all you need to do is head back to Blogger and update the information on your Settings | Basic tab. Just find the area for "Publishing," and click the link to add a custom domain.

Then, click on "Switch to advanced settings."

Enter in the URL for your custom domain in the text box provided, and click Save. That’s it! Your blogspot.com address will soon redirect to your new custom domain -- be patient, as it might take up to 24 hours for the redirect to start working. Enter URL and save
